Cancellation Policy:
cancellations made 28 days before the start of your stay there is no charge. 28 days to 8 days we debit 2 nights stay on stays of one week or less, and 3 nights accommodation for stays of more than 7 nights. 7 days or less notification, or failure to show up, and we debit the entire amount. We strongly recommend that all future guests take out travel insurance to protect themselves from unforseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to rent the apartment after cancellation and should this happen we will refund this amount to you.
